INTREAL LUXEMBOURG ASSUMING THE ROLE OF THE INDEPENDENT AIFM
In the AIFM business, INTREAL Luxembourg assumes the role of the licensed fund manager (AIFM) for Luxembourg funds. We take care of all regulatory issues so that our fund partners can concentrate on the management of their real estate. To this end, we handle the two core tasks of any AIFM: portfolio management and risk management. Moreover, we take care of the reporting for the funds or underlying structures. We will manage a given fund from its launch all the way to the end of its life cycle.
On top of that, we support our fund partners in their efforts to obtain a distribution license for other European countries.
The Luxembourg structures we offer to our German clients provides them with access to international investors, whereas international asset managers benefit inversely from our offer to facilitate their entry into the European or German market. This is where our experience as Germany’s market leader for property funds comes in very handy indeed.
