Formed in 2009, INTREAL quickly evolved into Germany’s leading “Service KVG” (fund administrator and AIFM) in the real estate fund sector. All the possibilities of a real estate management company (KVG) can be applied by using our platform – impartially, quickly and efficiently, and without conflicts of interests. This allows our partners to launch funds without having to set up their own management company. INTREAL ensures full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for the operation and administration of a KVG and its funds.
