INTREAL LAUNCHES FUNDS FOR ASSET MANAGERS AND FUND INITIATORS

INTREAL launches Partner Funds in close collaboration with third-party asset managers, fund initiators, developers and management companies (KVGs) without the full set of relevant licenses. INTREAL provides all services required to set up and management real estate investment funds. As proven specialists in their own markets, our Fund Partners contribute their market expertise in acquiring and selling properties, as well as in the day-to-day management of real estate – without having to establish their own management company (KVG). Dividing responsibilities in this way has not only proved to be extremely efficient, it is also increasingly valued and in demand from investors.

Our Fund Partners are supported by a dedicated contact person (Key Account) throughout the entire lifecycle of their funds. The Key Account Manager assists the Fund Partner with the launch of their funds, provides ongoing support, manages transactions and serves as the interface between the fund and both our in-house specialist departments and external service providers. The Key Account Manager is supported by over 500 specialists from within the INTREAL Group, who contribute many years of expertise in real estate and investment law, as well as a wealth of fund management expertise.
